UTS Mobile Ticketing user can send request to change his/her registered Mobile Handset in following cases:
1. If user is already registered with old Mobile Handset and he/she wants to use new Mobile Handset for UTSonMobile application.
2. If message "Please Login using registered Handset or give Handset Change Request from website" is reflecting at the time of login from UTSonMobile application.
On click of Handset Change Request button the existing/old mobile handset will be removed from registered Mobile Handset for UTS Mobile Ticketing and new Mobile Handset will be register for UTS Mobile Ticketing.
After registration of new Mobile Handset, user can not use his/her old Mobile Handset for UTS Mobile Ticketing.
